is an oasis hidden in the midst of the desert where a beautiful 150-foot waterfall pours over canyon walls. Its impossible to believe that great water activities are available in a desert community but here in Carlsbad that is not the case. We have over one thousand feet of waterfront at the Beach recreation area along the Pecos River. The River provides an abundance of opportunities for fun and relaxation.
